How It Works

DriveIn Operating Model

DriveIn works with a global community of participants. Based on participant contributions, we acquire and deploy cars and bikes that are assigned to mobility and delivery partner platforms.

DriveIn operations

We supply compliant vehicles and professional drivers to mobility and delivery platforms, helping them launch quickly, stay reliably available, and maintain high service quality.

DriveIn supplies vehicles and delivery bikes to partners across multiple countries, supporting platforms such as Uber, Bolt, Free Now, Yango, and inDrive.

Participants may select between different vehicle participation options:

  • Fleet sharing & bike participation
  • Personal vehicle participation

DriveIn provides monthly rental returns for up to 11 months:

  • 9% to 12% for fleet sharing & bike participation
  • 12% to 15% for personal vehicle participation

After the term, the original contribution amount is returned in full. Participants may withdraw the returned amount or enroll again for a new 11-month term.

A portion of monthly rental proceeds is allocated to operational and support costs, while the remaining portion is distributed to participants as rental income.
